Business Doesn’t Have to Be Built Alone.
MYBC is an exclusive Business Growth Co-op where local business owners help each other grow through accountability, implementation, and real relationships — not forced referrals.
Why Most Businesses Stay Stuck
Marketing feels overwhelming
Referrals are inconsistent
Networking events feel transactional
Courses inspire but don’t get implemented
Business owners feel like they’re figuring it out alone
We built MYBC because there had to be a better way.
What is MYBC?
MYBC isn’t a networking group.
It isn’t business coaching.
It isn’t a mastermind.
It isn’t a CRM.
It’s a Business Growth Co-op.
A Business Growth Co-op is a small, exclusive group of business owners — one per industry — who meet regularly to learn, implement, and hold each other accountable. No competitors. No sales pitches. Just people who genuinely want each other to succeed.

Have You Ever Felt Like You Were Building Your Business Alone?
The Island
For years, I felt like I was stranded on a deserted island. From the outside, it looked like everything was fine. I owned a business. I was working hard. I was chasing growth, but behind the scenes, I felt completely alone.
My friends with W-2 jobs couldn’t relate to the pressure of making payroll, finding customers, or wondering if I’d made the right decisions. Even the people closest to me couldn’t fully understand what it felt like to carry the weight of a business on my shoulders. I wasn’t looking for a miracle. I just needed a life jacket. A map. A flare. Someone who had been there before to say, “You’re not the only one.”
The Flare
I’ve always loved networking. As a natural extrovert, I genuinely enjoyed every one of them. I’ve joined referral groups. I’ve attended chamber events. I was a member of BNI. I’ve been to leads groups, networking breakfasts, happy hours — you name it. I’d leave energized, I’d meet incredible people, I’d collect a handful of business cards, I’d promise to stay in touch, and then… Life happened. The business cards ended up in my desk drawer. The follow-up conversations became fewer and farther between. The relationships never had a chance to grow. The truth is… networking creates introductions, but introductions alone don’t build businesses.
Relationships do.
That’s when I realized networking wasn’t broken. It was simply incomplete. I didn’t need more business cards. I needed a community.
That’s MYBC.
The Lifeboat
As I met more business owners, I realized something that surprised me. It didn’t matter whether they owned a plumbing company, a medspa, an auto dealership, a law firm, or a tire shop. Behind every successful business was a person carrying many of the same burdens. What surprised me even more was how much I could learn from people whose businesses looked nothing like mine. That’s when I realized the goal is to find people who understand the journey of building a business. Together, we weren’t just surviving anymore. We were building a lifeboat.
You don’t need more competitors. You need a crew.
The Crew
We built a Business Growth Co-op. Traditional networking asks, “Who can give me business?” MYBC asks, “Who can I build with?” Imagine if your small business had a table of 30 board members:
Challenges are discussed honestly. Wins are celebrated together. Accountability becomes natural. Referrals happen because of trust, not obligation. Every member brings a different perspective. Every member strengthens the crew. No Competition. Just Cooperation.
And together… we all go farther than we ever could alone.
